  • Founded Vector Analysis in 1980 while in Graduate School. Developed and sold Practice Management Systems to Medical and Legal Practices in New England
  • Received Ph. D in Economics with Highest Honors in 1989 from Northeastern University
  • Led the IT Market Research Practice at BIS Strategic Decisions between 1990 and 1992.
  • Founded Charles River Strategies in 1992.  Became largest Go-to-Market  research and consulting firm when merged with MSI Consulting Group.  Acquired by WPP Group PLC. Became CEO of combined companies in 1999.
  • 1997 Speaker at Comdex on SMB Market.  Published many articles and reports designed to help IT vendors address global SMB market opportuniity.

  • Member of IBM Small Business Advisory Council 1999 - 2000
  • Founded Edge Strategies Inc. in Sept. 2000
